We all have our guilty pleasures!
Those foods that are considered bad for us! Too greasy, loaded with fat, all sugar without any nutrients, etc…
Are any or all of these foods off limits when pursuing your healthy life?
This may surprise you?
The answer is, not really.
You may be thinking, what do you mean? These foods could crash my diet and make me fall of the diet wagon!
Allow me too explain…
Have you seen the food pyramid?
As long as your guilty pleasures do not flip your food pyramid on its point, you are good to go!

One of my guilty pleasures is McDonalds Sausage and McMuffin with Egg! I know you are probably thinking this is not food and does not even qualify to appear on the food pyramid?

So as you can see there is some nutrients in this food product, however not enough for you to eat and rely on for sustenance every day.
