Ever have one of those weeks?
The week where you plan on a consistent schedule of posting on a regular schedule and then something happens!
It’s called life.
I got so caught up in everything that is going on in my life last week that I forgot to post consistently.
I also forgot to meet a friend for breakfast and forgot another friend’s birthday party!
This is what absent mindedness looks like!
So what is the key to consistency?
Don’t let off times get you down or stop you! Instead, learn where you went wrong and get back in the saddle again.
Find tools that can help, that is if the tools you were using are not working.
While we know consistency is the key to success or accomplishment in our life, it is also the hardest to masterAcquisition and mastery of a skill, a technique, or a lifestyle change will require you to be a consistent athlete.

We Are What We Repeatedly do. Excellence then Is Not An Act, But a Habit. -Aristotle
So how do you stay consistent with your schedule?
One tip that works for me is this.
Making a conscious decision to remain consistent. Say these words! “I will commit to remaining consistent each day in your goal.”
“I am doing this!”
This technique commands your subconscious mind to act now, not later.
Consistent actions require consistent thinking, specifically consistent thoughts that you are and will remain consistent.
So in summary, don’t get down or quit if you feel you failed in your consistency.
Instead get back up. Say the words needed and return back to whatever you are doing in your life.
